What actually drives the price
Four things separate an €11,595 jet ski from a €30,795 one:
- Engine output. The range runs from the lightweight Spark platform up to supercharged 300 and 325 hp Rotax engines in the GTR-X, RXP-X, RXT-X and GTX Limited. Power is the single biggest price lever.
- Hull and platform size. Rec Lite models are small and towable; touring hulls like the GTX carry two or three people in comfort with far more stability and storage.
- Equipment level. Touring seats, boarding steps, variable trim, Bluetooth audio, and - on the GTX Limited - the full luxury specification all add cost.
- Purpose-built extras. The FishPro Sport carries fishing-specific equipment; the Wake Pro is built around tow sports. Specialisation costs more than a base recreation hull.

Running costs to budget for
